Sam and I have been MIA as of late for several reasons, exams, parties, mandatory track engagements(Sam’s fault)…however, to make it up Sam and I are in the studio NOW…playing the music that you love and having a great time.

We are a very talented campus. Here at SixWeeks, we know that. We have been to so many campus-wide concerts where we have seen students perform incredibly. And let’s be honest, our very own Khalid is one of the greatest singers ever. But, we want to hear from you! We are going to be picking out one person (or group for that matter) each week to feature on our show. We will play a couple of their songs, and talk to them about their music. You might be asking us why we are doing this, and the only thing we can say is that we want to find the talent on campus!

I consider this a great blog. There are few out there that rival this one. But I have found one that has. Think PerezHilton meets Kathy Griffin meets Chelsea Handler. Literally the funniest thing you’ve ever read. Andd, it’s a plus that they listen to sixweeksradio!!

Khalid, unfortunatly, won’t be on sixweeksradio this week, for he is going to be staring (and showing eveyone how incredible he is) in the musical. And though we are going to miss him, as I’m sure you will too, we have a very special guest co-host this week to help us out.
Gabby Salvatore, a regular caller onto our show, will be in studio helping us countdown the hottest music. She is incredibly funny, and is bringing some really special prizes of her own to give away, specifically a date with her friend, Tyler! Oh yeah, we’re giving that away this week!
We will also have a review of the musical for y’all as well, as we are going to see the show on Thursday! If you don’t have your tickets to see Khalid, I suggest getting them asap! They are selling out really quickly!

There are some weird musicians in the business these days. But I stand by my point tha Lady Gaga is hands down the most absurd. Her new music video for her song “Bad Romance” came out today, and it is wack!!
It is hard to understand anything that is going on, but the choreography is amazing! Though a weird video, it just goes to show you that she really enjoys playing with costumes, sets, and all the rest!
We love GaGa on sixweeksradio, and we will 100% play her song this Friday! You best be listening!

Last nights show was defiantly a quite one in the sense that we didn’t have many guests nor did we have a panel to discuss issues with. But, we did have a large amount of online listeners and some great people calling in for requests! Thats all we can ask for, really. But, we promise that next week will be HUGE! We are going to have some great in studio guests, some surprise call-in-interviews, and as always, we are going to play incredible songs.
