Sam and Khalid went to high school together in Connecticut, where they were both involved in various musical endeavors. Through those specific events, they realized the similarities in their musical tastes. Beyonce, Britney, Kanye West, Ciara, Brandy, JayZ and more were among the list of those artists. Today, Sam and Khalid get on the air once a week to share their favorite songs with the listeners. Khalid is on the left, and Sam is on the right.
